3. Return Process

  • Reason for return
  • Photos/videos if the item is defective or incorrect

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

  • We cover reasonable return shipping costs if the issue is caused by us

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
